Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of food products offered by Carminello through the website www.carminello.eu.

Products

Carminello sells contemporary Neapolitan pizza bases, handmade in Italy.

Each product page provides full details including ingredients, weight, storage and expiry.

Orders

Orders can only be placed by private customers (B2C) via the website.

Business clients (B2B) can request a dedicated price list via WhatsApp or email.

Orders become binding only upon confirmation by Carminello via email.

Prices and Payments

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay (via Stripe)

Shipping

Shipping is available throughout Italy.

Costs and times are shown on the Shipping page.

Rate: €7.99 per box, with delivery in 2–3 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

Due to the perishable nature of food products, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

Exceptions are outlined in the Right of Withdrawal section.

Returns and Complaints

If the product is wrong, damaged or non-compliant, you must notify [email protected] within 14 days for return instructions.

Refunds will be processed only after product inspection.
